Summer's Already Over?

I can't believe how fast summer went by! My 4 months disappeared in a flash and I'm already back in Canada starting my 4th week of classes of my Senior Year!
I had a nice relaxing summer, with not to much to do.  I worked for my father 2 to 3 days a week, doing what I could for his office and his Facebook Page.
As for the rest of summer, I had a few Photo Shoots, I went to Disneyland, did a bible study with the young women from my church, and cleaned the house once a week.
So with that here are a few of the pictures I took this summer.  There aren't to many but I hope you enjoy!

First, we have my baby cousin Charlie.
I took these back at the end of April on my way home from school.
You may remember this cutie from over a year ago in this post.  I can't believe how much he has grown over the year.

Second, I took pictures of my little sister and her friends as they headed off to their Senior Prom.

Third, My little sister graduated!
It has been a big year for Kelsey as she finished high school and is now getting into the swing of things at CalPoly.

Fourth, I took some pictures for my father.  We updated his website with these new pictures.
If you look closely you can see the office pets, Rocky the Squirrel and Rosey.
If you need a good deal on insurance,
please feel free to give Terry Tigh a call and check out his webpage.

Lastly, I took pictures for this lovely young woman for her 15th birthday.  She has a lovely Quince and after the ceremony, my BFF Cecilia and I took her out to a few places to take some nice pictures of her.

You can see more of her pictures along with many more on my Facebook Page!!

A Sister comes for a Visit.

It was a very exciting week when my little sister came up for her spring break.  I skipped a few classes so we could go have an adventure together in Fort Langley and enjoy the day [for it did not rain that day!].  We walked to the big antique store and had fun playing with a few of the things.  She bought herself a teal vintage suitcase that she filled with other treasures she found [mostly Canadian candies] and we had a grand old time enjoying the little town [and spying on them filming a Christmas movie!  Look for random spots of snow in a picture or two].
After we walked up and down the street a few times, we decided to purchase some cupcakes [yum!] and catch the bus back to school.  We then went for a walk around the pond [with her suitcase and my umbrella (such a great find!)] and took some more pictures!
I had a grand old time with my little sister out for a visit and it went by super fast! Just 12 more days from now until I'll be back in California!!

See the rest of them on my Facebook page!

When the Sun comes out, So does the camera.

It has been a long crazy winter here in BC.  We have had some crazy weather with very little warm days this entire winter and even going into spring.  Finally the sun decided to make an appearance and give us all a little joy.  With this, the camera must come out to enjoy the bright light and green grass and great friends.

After chapel one Friday, I looked at Deanna and said "You look so cute! Can I take your picture?" And so that began the short 15 minute photoshoot of Deanna and Shelby.  I quickly ran into my apartment and grab George [my camera] and quickly snapped a few pictures before he died [no use = dead battery].

These pictures were quite possibly for my final project for my art class, however I decided to go in a different direction so instead I just had fun editing these for Deanna and Shelby to enjoy.

Here they are! Enjoy!

Fun in the Snow!

Every year as winter rolls around and it snows for a few days (if we are lucky) I always love to get out and take pictures in the snow.  This year my two friends Emily and Alison came out with me to play.
Hope you enjoy them!
